Audiovisual Equipment / Speakers’ Service Center (SSC)

The Speakers’ Service Centre (SSC) is centrally located on the mezzanine level of the Milano Convention Centre (please refer to the overview). Presentations can be checked on PCs in the SSC.

All lecture halls are equipped with a PC and a digital projector for PowerPoint presentations only. Presentations must be handed in using a CD-ROM, a zip drive, a memory stick or your personal laptop at least one hour before your lecture.

Please allow enough time for a thorough check of the presentation and the transfer of the data to the presentation system by the staff.

Poster Production Service

Have your poster professionally printed and delivered on-site!
In order to do so, please go to the Call4Poster website. While being in Milan, you may fetch your poster at the poster desk situated at the entrance of the poster exhibition area.

Publication/Online Library

All accepted abstracts are published in the online library to Clinical Microbiology and Infection (CMI), the official journal of ESCMID, and on the congress website. Scan this tag to access the online library.

Posters will be displayed for one full day only. The presence of the authors during the given presentation times is a MUST.

The times set for poster mounting and removal must be considered. All posters left hanging beyond the given removal times will be disposed of.
