Opening Ceremony

The traditional Opening Ceremony will be held on Saturday, 7 May 2011 at 19.00 in the Auditorium (Lecture Hall Gold) of the Milano Convention Centre. All participants, registered accompanying persons and exhibitors are invited to attend.


Welcome Reception

After the Opening Ceremony all participants, registered accompanying persons and exhibitors are invited to attend the Welcome Reception, giving you a taste of the culinary specialities of the Italian cuisine. The reception will be held in hall 4 of the Milano Convention Centre. The Opening Ceremony as well as the Welcome Reception is included in the registration fee.


Philharmonic Italian Orchestra - Concert in Sala Puccini at the Conservatory of Milan

The Milan Conservatory is a college of music which was established by a royal decree in 1807 in Milan, capital of the Napoleonic Kingdom of Italy. Today it is the largest institute of musical education in Italy. During the past two centuries, many of the most important Italian musicians have studied there: Giacomo Puccini, Arrigo Boito, Giovanni Bottesini, Alfredo Catalani, Riccardo Chailly, Vittorio Giannini and Pietro Mascagni.
